Usada Tapa Brata 1

Bali Usada is pleased to announce the upcoming Usada Tapa Brata 1 program, our favorite program since 30 years ago. This program will be conducted onsite and delivered in English.

The practice will take place over 7 days and 6 nights. To support optimal training outcomes, several rules and disciplines will be applied, including limitations on communication, writing, reading, and other daily activities.

Participants are guided step-by-step through meditation, starting with the fundamentals; cultivating an alert mind and a harmonious mind, which help us connect with our bodies and support the natural healing process.
