Introduction to Health Meditation

Introduction to Health Meditation is one of the main programs in Bali Usada. It is a two hours seminar whose purpose is to provide an introductory understanding of health meditation in Bali Usada.

The Bali Usada Health Meditation combines a meditation practice of concentration, loving-kindness, mindfulness, and wisdom to bring about a specific quality of the mind which we call the “Harmonious Mind.” It is this quality of Harmonious Mind that will be utilized to heal the sickness in our gross or physical/meridian/chakra/mental body, mind, and memories.

Seminar participants will learn about the origin of this technique and its health benefits. Participants will also be invited to participate in a short meditation session using such technique.

In this pandemic and lockdown situation, Bali Usada routinely held this Introductory program every month for free.
