One Day Mindfulness and Wisdom (ODMW) merupakan salah satu program baru dari Bali Usada. Sebuah latihan selama 1 hari penuh dari jam 8 pagi hingga jam 5 sore. Tujuan dari ODM adalah untuk mengingat, mempraktekkan, dan mengasah kembali teknik Meditasi Kesehatan Bali Usada yang sudah dipelajari di program utama.

During the ODM program, participants will take part in five meditation sessions, in which lies the key points of Bali Usada Health Meditation technique. Each session will start with a talk, where the Instructor will explain about the technique and the philosophy which found the basis of Bali Usada Health Meditation. This will be followed with the meditation practice session guided by Pak Merta’s instruction. Participants will also observe the “noble silence” and vegetarian-based diet throughout the program.
