The main purpose of Health Meditation is to train the mind to be strong and healthy, just like physical exercise will train the body to be strong and healthy. Being healthy is not necessarily strong; a healthy person may not be able to walk, how far can he/she walk? It all depends on how strong the person is.

A healthy person may be strong to bear weight, but how strong? Once again, it all depends on how strong the person is. The same rule with meditation; having a healthy mind is a blessing. With a healthy mind, we can think, learn and work better.

However, there are so many people with a healthy mind, suddenly get stressed out when they are sad (or they become arrogant when they get a fortune), but why? Because their mind is not strong. How strong? When they cannot control their wild emotions because they don’t train their mind to be stronger.

We are not Milea who belongs to Dilan, who voluntarily takes over her burdens. “I miss you so much, let me take over it”he says. Unfortunately what Dilan says, is not possible to be done. Milea still has to feel she misses Dilan, that's the fact she must face by herself.

As a mother, I realize that I cannot take over my child’s broken heart or disappointment, or the stresses of life. So I train her to be a strong individual. She should be healthy, and if she has no psychological problems, that's even better.. yet I want her to be strong mentally too.

All my life, I have witnessed that strong people live easily. When the rain drops they can enjoy it. Even the storm is not a problem to them. They see life and what happens as a blessing in disguise, it brings benefits to their life.

To weak people, small problems tend to feel heavy. This feeling is not wrong because they do feel it as a burden. However they will eventually feel the problems will no longer be a burden, as their strength is improving. (It's not vulnerable to problems). Our bodies will also be healthier with stronger minds, we will be strong enough to avoid any psychosomatic illness.

So, it's not a surprise for us to watch someone collapse when walking under the heat of 30 degrees Celsius, while some others may take it easy doing the same thing. It's the same situation and condition, however with different strength it resulted differently. In this life, we experience the same problems but with different impacts.
