Usada Regular Class is one of Bali Usada’s main programs. The health meditation taught in Bali Usada itself is a meditation technique to train the mind to become harmonious.
Which entails strong concentration, followed with other good virtues, namely: consciousness, calmness, gentleness, compassion. Having a harmonious mind will help us heal illness in the body and eliminate bad reactions in our memories.
The Bali Usada Health Meditation combines a meditation practice of concentration, loving-kindness, mindfulness, and wisdom to bring about a specific quality of the mind which we call the “Harmonious Mind.” It is this quality of the Harmonious Mind that will be utilized to heal the sickness in our gross or physical/meridian/chakra/mental body, mind, and memories.
Usada Regular Meditation Training Program
There are three levels of Usada Regular, namely Usada Regular 1, Usada Regular 2, and Usada Regular 3. Each level has its own practice techniques. Below is a brief description of each level of the Usada Regular.
Usada Regular 1 is one of Bali Usada’s main programs. The course consists of eight weekly meeting sessions and thus spans across eight weeks. The purpose of Regular Usada 1 is to bring about our harmonious mind, and use it to heal the sickness in our bodies.
Each session will begin with a talk, where the instructor will explain the fundamental philosophy and technique of Bali Usada Health Meditation. This will be followed by a meditation practice session, guided by Pak Merta Ada.
This will be followed by a meditation practice session, guided by Pak Merta Ada. Participants will receive detailed guidance for every step of the meditation practice, starting from sitting positions to healing meditation technique.
Usada Regular 2 is one of Bali Usada’s main programs. It is a further step to Regular Usada 1. The course consists of eight weekly meeting sessions and thus spans across eight weeks. The purpose of Usada Reguler 2 is to train our harmonious mind to become more skillful and use it to heal the sickness in our body in a more proactive manner.
Each session will begin with a talk, where the instructor will explain the fundamental philosophy and technique of Bali Usada Health Meditation. This will be followed by a meditation practice session, guided by Pak Merta Ada.
Participants will receive detailed guidance on how to refine and deepen their meditation practice, and familiarize themselves with (and put into practice) the concepts of four elements, 12 characteristics of the body, seven frequencies, and revisit the four structures of the body.
Usada Regular 3 is one of Bali Usada’s main programs. It is the next level after Regular Usada 2. The course consists of eight weekly meeting sessions and thus spans across eight weeks. The purpose of Usada Reguler 3 is to attain a state called one-pointedness. one-pointedness.
Each session will begin with a talk, meditation practice, and questions & answers. Participants will be prepared and guided to attain the one-pointedness state. Starting from understanding what the one-pointedness state is, learning about the various techniques to attain it, and practice the technique that is deemed most appropriate for them.
Usada 1 Regular is an eight sessions live online meditation course that is spread over eight weeks. You can learn and practice the unique “Bali Usada Health Meditation” to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Experience more peace, harmony and happiness inside, even while being confronted with major challenges in life (especially now, where many of us are affected in different ways by a global health crisis).
”Usada” is a Balinese word, meaning “physical and mental well-being.” It can be achieved by developing a ”Harmonious Mind” (which is the core to this teaching), in a systematic, well structured, well guided Online Course, based on the hundreds of courses already conducted live in Bali by Pak Merta Ada.
The teaching is based on Balinese traditions, with wisdom rooted across the Indonesian Archipelago, India, and China. As well as the personal experience of Pak Merta Ada, gained during his time as a healer and meditation teacher.
The Meditation Technique:
The Bali Usada Health Meditation combines the systematic development of Concentration, Loving Kindness, Mindfulness and Wisdom, into a “Harmonious Mind,” which is instrumental for good health.
The Process:
Once a week, over an 8-week period, participants will learn in 2-hour sessions the meditation technique, through theoretical and practical step-by-step guidance, as follows:The first session: a brief introduction about Bali Usada and this health meditation. Followed by explanations about how to do the meditation practice, and then group meditation for about 15 minutes, to practice concentration and to develop loving kindness.
Second session: begins with a meditation practice to bring out awareness, the second component of the Harmonious Mind. Followed by a lecture of “Energies that Form the Human Body: genetics, food, temperature, action, and mind.”
Third session: begins with a meditation practice to develop wisdom, the third component of the Harmonious Mind. Followed by discussion of “Body Structure: gross body, meridian body, chakra body, and mental body.”
Fourth session: begins with a meditation practice to strengthen the loving kindness, by doing the “loving kindness meditation to the twelve directions.” Next, the participants will be guided to recognize the “52 Mental Factors,” which can be grouped into neutral mental factors, bad mental factors, and good mental factors.
Fifth session: begins with a meditation practice using the Harmonious Mind to sense the body part by part. Followed by an explanation about “The Process of the Appearance of Good and Bad Energy.” We can contemplate and examine ourselves, when we are doing something, are we doing something good or bad?
Sixth session: begins with a meditation practice to feel the body from within. Then continue with the explanation of the “Seven Causes of Diseases.” When we get sick, it could be because of one dominant factor or influenced by many other factors.
Seventh session: begins with an explanation of the “Location of Sickness and Healing with Meditation.” And then the healing practice, according to the illness.
The eighth session: begins with a meditation practice to feel the body in more detail. Followed by an explanation of “Harmonious Mind and Healing Others.” We can measure the level of the Harmonious Mind that has been trained for the last seven weeks, as well as assisting close family (if needed) in healing their health problems.
Usada Regular 2 Live Online is one of Bali Usada’s main programs. It is a further step to Regular Usada 1 Live Online. The course consists of twelve weekly meeting sessions and thus spans across twelve weeks via Zoom Cloud Meetings. The purpose of Usada Reguler 2 is to train our Harmonious Mind to become more skillful and use it to heal the sickness in our body in a more proactive manner.
Each session lasts for 120 minutes which will be filled with a talk, meditation practice, and questions and answers. Participants will receive detailed guidance on how to refine and deepen their meditation practice, and familiarize themselves with (and put into practice) the concepts of four elements, 12 characteristics of the body, seven frequencies, and revisit the four structures of the body. Participants can ask questions and discuss in the WhatsApp group that has been provided.
Usada Regular 3 is one of Bali Usada’s main programs. It is the next level after Regular Usada 2. The course consists of twelve weekly meeting sessions and thus spans across twelve weeks via Zoom Cloud Meetings. The purpose of Usada Reguler 3 is to attain a state called one-pointedness. one-pointedness.
